Porchetta is a traditional Italian-style rolled pork roast, combining tender, juicy pork with layers of rich, flavoursome fat and beautifully seasoned meat. Rolled and tied by hand by our butchers, the outside cooks to create irresistibly crisp, golden crackling, while the pork remains succulent and full of flavour.
Rich, savoury and wonderfully comforting, porchetta makes an impressive alternative to turkey or a traditional joint of pork. It’s a fantastic centrepiece for Christmas Day and equally delicious served as part of a Boxing Day feast.
